We use collected information solely to:

• Deliver property alert notifications via WhatsApp
• Match new Daft.ie listings against your saved search criteria
• Process your bot commands (ADD, LIST, PAUSE, RESUME, STOP)
• Maintain your account and search preferences
• Send service-related communications

5. Data Storage

Your search criteria and contact information are stored in Google Sheets hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure within the European Economic Area. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

• Google Cloud / Google Sheets - Data storage
• n8n - Workflow automation
• Anthropic / OpenAI - AI analysis of property listings

Property listing data used for analysis is sourced from Daft.ie and is publicly available.

7. Data Retention

We retain your business data for as long as your account is active. If you send STOP to our WhatsApp bot, your account and all associated search criteria are deactivated. You may request full deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@travel-assistant.online.
